Chas Co Custom Pet Care provides one-on-one custom care to dogs and cats of Brooklyn. We are happy to accommodate pets with special behavioral and/or medical needs, who may not fit the one-size-fits-all mold of other services and apps. We offer over ten years of experience in professional pet care.
Q: Are all dogs good dogs?
A: Yes, all dogs are good dogs.
Q: What about my imperfect dog?
A: All dogs are imperfect but good.
Q: Will Chas Co services make my dog perfect?
A: No, but we're happy to help manage your dog's needs with consistent, loving, experienced, and supportive care.
Q: What about my cat?
A: We also love all cats.
Q: My cat is not an easy cat.
A: That's OK, we will work together to determine how to best care for them while you are away.
Q: What if my pet has been rejected by another service?

Q: Actually my pet is pretty easy-going. Would you provide services for them?
A: Yes, of course! We are able to accommodate pets with a wide range of personalities, training routines, and medical needs. All pets are individuals and deserve one-on-one custom care.
Q: What about those walker apps though?
A: We are a fully insured, local, woman-owned business that uses an app for real-time GPS tracking, daily photos, report cards, scheduling, and billing. We have all the benefits of an app-based service (e.g. wag), but without the risk, and offering much greater consistency.

Chas Co offers services in the following Brooklyn neighborhoods: Prospect Park South, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Windsor Terrace, and Crown Heights.
dogs & CATS:
30 mins dog walk - $25
30 mins cat visit - $25
Additional 15 mins of care - $9
All prices include the accommodation of medication (including oral, transdermal, injection, inhaler, and sub-cu fluids) and/or the integration of training routines as informed by your veterinarian or behaviorist. Chas Co affirms training routines based on positive-reinforcement methods.

Holidays - $10 (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

Friend/Neighbor referral: Up to 3 free appointments to referrer
safety first
We are very (very) serious about safety at Chas Co. Dogs are walked using the following safety set-up:
- Locking carabiner leash +
- Well-fitted harness, head collar, prong collar, or martingale, with ID tag +
- Back-up slip collar +
- Regular flat collar with ID tag (unconnected to leash)
